ELIXIR 2025

Elixir’25, the flagship conclave of The Marketing Society of Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, University of Delhi, set a new benchmark for what student-led initiatives can achieve. With the support of notable partners like Zerodha, Finshots, Schbang, and Sbooch, Elixir’25 brought together a vibrant community of students, top institutions, and industry pioneers for an unforgettable celebration of marketing innovation.

MarkSoc x Schbang National Case Competition

Day 1 of Elixir’25 witnessed the MarkSoc x Schbang National Case Competition, organized in collaboration with Schbang, one of India’s leading integrated marketing agencies. With over 4,900 team registrations from premier institutions such as IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Bangalore, ISB, and top undergraduate colleges, the competition reflected unparalleled scale and academic calibre. Hansraj College emerged as the winner, but it was the sheer participation, the quality of strategies presented, and the real-world marketing challenges that left a lasting impression across the university circuit

Markestro

Day 2 featured Markestro, a campaign-based marketing simulation that challenged participants to launch international brands in the Indian market through strategic planning and creative execution. The entries were evaluated by Mr. Dheeraj Thukral, a seasoned digital marketing expert with experience at Google, Booking.com, and The Economist Group, who brought a data-driven perspective to the competition, offering participants real-world insights into market strategy and performance metrics.

Panel Discussion

The conclave culminated with a thought-provoking panel discussion on "The Power of Storytelling in Marketing," featuring Mr. Ravikant, a popular business content creator, Ms. Nandini Chopra, founder of Skrolled, and Ms. Shuchi Garg, Vice President of Mamaearth. Together, the esteemed panel explored how emotional resonance builds brand loyalty, the evolution of storytelling for new-age brands, and the role of purpose-driven positioning in modern marketing landscapes

The success of Elixir’25 was amplified by a robust seven-channel integrated marketing strategy spanning social media, email, SEO, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, personal outreach, and PR. This multi-pronged approach led to over 1.6 million digital impressions, ₹2 lakh worth of prizes, and an impressive 40% participation rate from Tier 1 undergraduate colleges across the country.

 

Elixir’25 is now regarded as a benchmark not just within Delhi University, but across student-led initiatives nationwide. It has demonstrated that with the right vision, passion, and industry collaboration, undergraduate societies can create platforms that rival professional efforts. What began as a college campaign has evolved into a national example of ambition, innovation, and impact.
